E-ATRIA OPEN SOURCE LICENSE & COMMERCIAL SUPPORT POLICY
1. SOFTWARE LICENSE:
E-Atria HMS core software is published as Open Source software. Anyone is permitted to download, copy, modify, distribute, and self-host the software free of charge from GitHub.
2. COMMERCIAL SERVICES & SUPPORT:
While the core software is 100% free and open-source, E-Atria provides optional paid professional services:
a) Remote Installation Service: ₹10,000 (one-time fee per instance).
b) Remote Technical Maintenance & Support: ₹3,000 per month.
c) On-Site Deployment & Field Support: Service charge + Travel, Hotel lodging, and Food bills paid directly by the hospital.
d) Cloud AI, ABDM Connector & Master Data Service: ₹3,000 per month (connecting to https://abdm-bridge.e-atria.in/api-docs).
3. TRADEMARK & SERVICE CLAUSE:
Anyone may offer installation and support services for E-Atria HMS. However, the E-Atria trademark and ABDM Bridge API access tokens remain the property of E-Atria Solutions.
